How long will it take for my application to be processed?
Allow up to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) for applications to be processed. Please be patient and don’t contact the 24 x 7 Call Center about applications. You will be contacted either by a private party/unavailable phone number or by email (remember to check your spam).
Do I have to complete everything on the application?
Yes! If it isn’t fully completed it will cause delays in approving the application.
Do I have to complete the application online?
No. You can print an application from the website and mail it to us. Keep in mind many of our rentals go quick and mailing will cause delay.
Does my roommate have to complete an application?
Anyone that will be residing in the property and is 18 years or older must complete the cosigner section or a separate application.
Do you check credit?
Yes we do. If you have concerns about your credit please know that we look at more than just a score. We analyze the whole picture including recent credit history and types of debt. We also weigh income and many other factors in reviewing your application.
Where is the listing I saw yesterday?
If a listing isn’t on the website then it is under lease agreement and is no longer available.
Can I put my name on a waiting list?
We are unable to provide a waiting list. Check the website often as listings can change anytime.
Do you allow pets?
We are pet friendly in many of our rentals. The property description will mention if pets are allowed in a particular unit.
Is a lease required?
All properties require a lease. The term will be specified on the property description.
How much money do I need to rent a property?
You will need to present the deposit amount to sign a lease and hold a property. If you are moving in immediately you will also need to have the prorated amount of rent for the month as well any pet fees. The Property Manager will give you the total amount due prior to the lease signing meeting.
Do you accept Section 8?
We do not accept Section 8 at this time.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept payment by check, money order or electronic payment through our website.
